Wayne Millar

Senior Accountant

Wayne Millar is a CPA with over 20 years’ experience in the accounting industry. He specialises in the small to medium sized of business with a focus on strategic tax advice, trust, SMSF, and management accounting.

Wayne helps clients to understand their business’s financial capabilities, financial drivers and ways to monitor success and growth. He specialises in business advisory, growth and cloud accounting (technology integration) to create automation, efficiency and cost savings for his clients. Megan Hamilton

Intermediate Accountant

Megan is a passionate, customer focused member of the team with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Megan have been working in the Accounting industry for 4 years. She brings with her a wealth of experience from her previous roles, which have given her the skills and confidence to tackle the variety of tasks that are presented as the Support Officer.

Megan manages the Customer Relationship Management System, as well as many of the processes, procedures and paperwork involved in the smooth running of TRAK team.

Rae Wong

Accountant

Rae Wong specialises in taxation and always keeps her knowledge up to date in the dynamic changing world of the Australian Tax regulations.

She has extensive experience in technology and solutions that can improve how we work in the accounting industry and assists her clients with adapting to new technology that can help them work smarter - more efficiently.

She is knowledgeable with using Nowinfinity, XERO, MYOB, HandiTax, HandiLedger and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with other software such as Canva, Reckon, Adobe Photoshop, GIMP and Flash Player.

Justin Jia

Accountant

Justin Jia holds a master’s degree in commerce focusing on taxation management for small and medium enterprises.

He keeps refreshing his knowledge on Australia taxation law and proficient in several accounting software, such as XERO, MYOB, Quickbook, HandiTax, HandiLedger. To be better prepared as a business analyst professional, he has also been exposed to data analysis software such as SQL, Tableau, and Enterprise Architect.

Justin enjoys spending weekends on cooking as he likes to share happiness with his friend. He’s also a sports fan and has been a member of the local table tennis club for more than ten years.

Rhonda Allen

Office Administration Manager

Rhonda is our Office & Administration Manager. Rhonda leads our Administration Team with over 20 years experience working in the accounting industry.

Rhonda has a vast knowledge of all administration aspects in accounting, including preparation and lodgement of income tax returns and experience in communication dealings with ATO & ASIC on behalf of our clients.

Rhonda has a full understanding of various software programs and impressive communication skills. She has a strong ability to manage the accuracy of important accounting documents.

Rhonda interests and hobbies outside of work are cake & cookie decorating and enjoys jet skiing on weekends.

Katrina Key

Receptionist

Katrina has had over 20 years in reception/administration roles. She enjoys being a receptionist and being the first point of contact for TRAK clients. Katrina believes that first impression count and leaving a good impression with clients is very important, whether it’s in person or on the phone.

Katrina loves the challenge of learning and developing her professional skills so she can continue to better herself – even if that means pushing herself out of her comfort zone!

How does TRAK Accountants manage our documents to meet the business compliance obligations?

  • We scan and save everything sent by our clients, so the client should never have to resend anything. All source documents are returned to our clients once scanned into our system.

  • We are moving to 100% Cloud-based Accountants, as well as paving the way for a paperless office. All data is protected by industry leading data security practices.

How does TRAK Accountants normally communicate with its clients?

Statistics show that with ever increasing tax and financial compliance requirements, even in the age of information technology, Accountants often spend over 50% of their work day on business/personal data collection and integration.   • As the most frequently used tool for daily work, email will be the main communication channel between us and our clients. If youhave any tax jobs, need to check a work status, or have any technicalquestions, please contact us via email. It can never be missed and iseasily traced, searched, filed, and categorized. (we will reply within 1-2 working days, otherwise please contact us).
  • If it is too time-consuming for you or too difficult to write to us via email, please call our office for direct consultation.
  • For clients who don't check emails regularly, we will send notifications like reminders for tax return and BAS lodgement, ASIC payment due dates, etc., via short text messages to avoid any penalties triggered to our clients.
  • Meetings can be arranged for critical investment and business decisions. Please contact us to make a booking via phone or email at least 2 or 3 days prior.
