STAFF HIGHLIGHT | SUZANNE NATAPU, OFFICE MANAGER

Suzanne comes with a depth of experience in office administration and support in the tax and accounting industry, especially public practice. She is one of those individuals who just knows how to deal with so many elements of compliance and governance related matters, so she really brings excellent value to our team.

For our clients, Sue has become our go-to person to deal with ATO communication and also matters in relation to ATSIC. For us, in the office Sue has a wealth of knowledge in systems and processes for public practice that just adds another layer on ensuring we’ve got all our client needs covered. She’s dynamite! She works hard and fast, with old school work ethics!

Sue is from New Zealand, she moved over to Australia from Christchurch with her Husband seven years ago, looking for a better lifestyle and better weather! They love to go to the beach every weekend as Sue loves walking on the beach and hubby is a mad keen surfer. They are now grandparents to a beautiful 1 year old Grandson called ‘Archer’. Unfortunately he is way back over in NZ with Sue’s daughter. Her son is also still in NZ so she is regularly tripping back to NZ to get her Grandma time with Archer and catch up with her children.

When Sue retires she would like to live the winter on the Gold Coast and summers in New Zealand in a little one-horse town called Kakanui, where her daughter lives.

Previous to joining our ranks at Trak, Sue worked at various accountancy firms on the Gold Coast as well as a Farm Accountants firm in New Zealand. Sue said she loves working at Trak as she “loves working in a very friendly and organised office.” Thank goodness, because we love her too!

Suzanne works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 9.30am to 5pm. Next time you are in Varsity Lakes please drop in to meet Suzanne ?
